Employer Registration Process (Mandatory by June 30 2025)

1. Head office registers first at shebox.nic.in
2. Nominate nodal officer (HR/POSH head)
3. Upload PAN/GST/Registration certificate
4. Await district officer approval (7-15 days)
5. Add IC members (senior woman, 2 employees, NGO)
6. Register branch offices using head office credentials

Employee Registration for Complaints

Fill complaint form with email OTP verification. No separate registration needed for complainants.
