ICC Formation Requirements (Mandatory for 10+ Employees)

Presiding Officer: Senior-level woman employee
Members: Minimum 2 employees (preferable women)
External Member: NGO/philanthropist expert 3-year term
Total: Minimum 4 members (50% women)
Tenure: 3 years, reconstitution every 3 years

ICC Member Disqualifications

No direct reporting relationship with complainant/respondent
No conflict of interest or bias
Must complete POSH training certification

ICC Duties & Responsibilities Under POSH Act
