PoSH Act – Quick Overview
The PoSH Act, 2013 requires every workplace with ten or more employees to constitute an Internal Committee (IC), adopt a written policy, create awareness among employees, and follow a defined procedure for receiving and inquiring into complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.
