Services FAQ
Is there a minimum contract period?
No contractual lock-in. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We recommend at least 3 months for the IC to properly set up processes, but you're not obligated.
Can training be in Kannada or Hindi?
Yes. Training sessions can be conducted in English, Kannada, or Hindi. Let us know your workforce's preference when onboarding.
Do you work with companies outside Karnataka?
Yes. All IC meetings and training are conducted online, so we work with organisations across India. The PoSH Act is a central legislation applicable pan-India.
We already have an IC — do we still need an external member?
Yes. Section 4(2)(c) of the PoSH Act 2013 mandates at least one external member in every IC. An IC constituted without an external member is non-compliant regardless of how many internal members it has.
Can you help us if a complaint has already been filed?
Yes. Under the Full Compliance plan, we provide guidance on complaint handling and inquiry procedures. If you're facing an active complaint, contact us immediately via WhatsApp for an urgent consultation.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for all retainer payments. Our GSTIN will be shared on onboarding.
